啊，圣犹达宗徒及殉道者，德行伟大，灵迹丰富，耶稣基督的表亲，你是人们在急
需时向你呼求特殊助佑者的忠实代祷人。我由心灵深处投奔尔前，谦恭求你，凭天
主给你的大能协助我，现在我有急需的要求_______ (说出) 协助我吧，为报答你，
我将宏扬你的大名，并劝人呼求你。

天主经，圣母经，光荣颂三遍。圣犹达，请为我及为一众呼求你助佑者祈祷。阿们。

I was brought up in a catholic family.
Praying everyday is a very important practice in my daily life.
I came across this prayer in a prayer book <每日祈祷经文精选> my mum gave me few years back.
At first, I didn't pay too much attention to this prayer.
I said this prayer whenever I had a special petition.
Most of my prayers were answered following my prayer.
For some of the unanswered prayers, it somehow directed me towards the solutions over time.
Hence, I would like to share this to all of you especially those of you who experience hardships, obstacles, problems, and difficulties in life.
Say this prayer consistently with a faithful heart.  You will find peace.
I am sorry that I only have this prayer in Mandarin Version.

圣安当诸圣中最温良慈善者之一，你热爱天主之火，高超的德行，对人的大爱德，
使你在世时，相称他拥有非凡的奇迹大能，你只一句话，奇迹乃出现。凡遭受困苦
者恳求你时，你就已等着说那句话。心酸苦难中向你倾诉的焦虑的祈祷，从不落空。
你同情悲哀忧伤的人；你恢复病人的健康，助人找回遗失之物。每当伤心者由心灵
深处向你呼号时，连死人你也使他复活，你在世时，样样都能做，就是不能对遭受
苦难忧伤者，没有恻隐心！想到这一点，我就胆敢地恳求你为我获取_______恩惠，

为俯允我这祈祷，可能需要灵迹，但你岂不是灵迹的圣者，当你在世时，只要你一
句话，最大的灵迹都完成了吗?
啊，善良慈悲的圣安当，你满怀恻隐之心，将我的祈祷，向那喜爱在你怀中留恋的
婴孩耶稣，轻轻耳语吧。
你只要说一声，我的祈祷，将获允准。啊，请说一句话吧，我将从心里时时感激你
不尽。阿们。
